  • What’s included in the Essential Bookkeeping package? 

    • Every month, I will categorize all business-related income and expense transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and provide you with monthly financial statements - including a Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss.

    • These reports help you understand your business’s past so you can make smarter decisions for its future. They’re also essential for tax planning and securing mid-year financing.

    • You’ll also receive email and text support, so you always have guidance when you need it.

  • What’s NOT included in the Basic Bookkeeping package?

    • Anything beyond standard monthly tracking of income and expenses is not included in the base price.

    • ​However, additional services are available as add-ons, including:

      • Detailed financials (class tracking or job profitability)

      • Invoicing

      • Bill payment

      • Payroll

      • Monthly strategy sessions​

  • What qualifications do you have?

    • I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting.

    • I also belong to a large network of financial professionals, so if a unique or unfamiliar situation comes up, I have the resources to find answers quickly and efficiently.​

  • How can I verify that you are a QuickBooks ProAdvisor?

    • Go to the top of this page and click on one of my ProAdvisor badges. That will bring you to my ProAdvisor page in QuickBooks.

  • Is an engagement letter required?

    • Yes. After we discuss your specific needs, I will send an engagement letter outlining the services and pricing for you to review and sign.

  • What information do I need to share?

    • I will need read-only access to your business bank and credit card accounts to efficiently complete your monthly financials. 

  • If I have a question, how long does it take to get a response?

    • I pride myself on being highly responsive and aim to reply within 24 hours at most (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • If I’m especially busy, I’ll still acknowledge your message and let you know when to expect a full response.

  • What hours do you work?

    • Bookkeeping allows for flexibility, so I work at various times throughout the day and evening.

    • However, I respond to emails and phone calls during standard business hours: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5.

  • Is QuickBooks Online required?

    • Yes. I use QuickBooks Online to maintain efficiency and keep my pricing accessible.

    • If you already have a subscription - great! If not, I’ll help you choose the right plan for your business.

  • Do you require a lengthy contract?

    • Nope! There are no long-term contracts - just the engagement letter outlining services and pricing.

    • A 30-day cancellation notice is required, and there are no partial month refunds.
